Do you accept my insurance?

Kaleidoscope is not in network with any insurance companies.  However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for out of network benefits.  We also accept HSA/FSA funds.

We offer military discounts for families that qualify.  Contact us for more information.

As an out of network provider, we have the ability to provide the services your child needs without being limited by what insurance panels allow and without waiting for preauthorization.

Clients are encouraged to use Reimbursify to check their Out-Of-Network (OON) benefits and file OON claims. 

How long will I wait for an appointment?

Evaluations

  • We do not have waitlists for evaluations.

  • We can typically schedule intake appointments within       1 month and testing appointments within 2 months.

Family Therapy and Behavioral Consultation​

  • We do not currently have waitlists for therapy or consultation services.

  • Scheduling is based on provider availability but most clients are scheduled for an appointment within 1-2 months.

Do you offer financing?

Yes!

Financing is available through CareCredit.
